We got an offer on the property and an inspection is being done as I write this. The buyer is from Rhode Island and he saw the video, told his parents to go look at the house, and he bought it sight-unseen. The buyer’s agent said that if we didn’t have the video, it most likely wouldn’t have happened. The house didn’t even pop up on the Realtor’s radar screen.
